No Climate Hushing – Week One in San Francisco

We are saying: This is a Climate Emergency! Speak Up! Act NOW!

XRSFBay members and allies gathered at the Enbarcadero in San Francisco on Thursday evening, September 17 to launch our Stop Climate Hushing campaign aimed at reaching folks who may worry about the climate crisis but don’t know what to do about it.

We had a great array of signs, puppets and costumes to attract attention, then talked and handed out flyers with specific actions folks could take around four themes:

• Make Polluters Pay
• Solar on Every Roof Top
• Stop Dirty Data Centers
• Vote for Climate Champions

Join us! We’ll be back on Thursday, September 24, Oct 1 and Oct 8, 4:30 -6:00pm, south side of the Ferry Building at the Embarcadero in San Francisco.
